Chris had to come up to tow a family (who would have been hung out to dry if not for the tow service) back down to Clovis after their VW hippie van Broke down. This lovely phone is located just outside the gift shop, and I had to take the photos myself as the other half of my team was hooking up the hippie van.

I (Phil) spotted these camels (and some emu) 12 years ago on a bike tour up to Canada. It was quite a surprise. We weren't sure they'd still be there, but obviously they (or their descendents) were.

Town square clock

This clock is located right in the center of town, it's claim to fame is having been featured in a scene in Road House with Patrick Swayze. I tried to find a clip of it on YouTube but had no luck, I haven't seen the movie so I can't tell you for certain, but research on several movie sites says this is the one :)
